On the night of March 3, 1935, a new fraternity dedicated to eliminate all prejudices and develop character in its members was born. The organization was named, Alpha Pi Lambda.

Five years ago, we asked our alumni to help support
the reopening of the house, and you responded. We are tremendously grateful for
your gifts, and as good stewards of those funds, we used your contributions responsibly
for many major projects, from windows to a new heating and air-conditioning system.
Because of your generosity, today, the house supports a strong, vibrant
brotherhood at Drexel University.
We have come a long way…
To those alumni who have contributed financially and participated in recent events, such as A-Ball, the family “Pig-Nic,” and Work Weekend, we are forever grateful. But we have much more to do. While the impressive interior of the house was our initial focus, we now must turn our attention to the exterior, which is in dire need of repair. After more than 100 years of exposure to the elements, our Castle on the Corner is showing its age, so we are embarking on phase two of renovations to preserve the structural integrity of the house.
Today, as always, we know the house is only half of the equation. The other half is the brothers that grow up within its walls. So if you are interested in making a gift to the fraternity but want to go beyond bricks and mortar, we now offer you the opportunity to help build the minds of the future.

House ImprovementsIn the past, we asked for your support in making the interior of the house liveable. With your help, the interior is now in great condition and hosts a strong and thriving undergraduate brotherhood.

Alpha Pi Lambda Scholarship FundWith 75 years of legacy behind us, it is also time to look forward. Academics have always been important to building a strong and well rounded brotherhood, and we want to insure it continues by offering academic scholarships.
Help us secure the future by giving to the Alpha Pi Lambda Scholarship Fund. Once this fund reaches a certain level, we will begin offering scholarships annually to brothers who show exceptional academic prowess, involvement and need. |

**Donations to each of these funds is tax deductible and 100% will be invested into the initiative of your choice (House Improvements or Scholarship).
General Information
- Gifts can be pledged over a three to five year period depending on the amount
- Gifts can also be made in the form of stocks, securities etc.*
- Corporate matching gifts are encouraged and in most cases can be applied to the Alpha Pi Lambda building fund or scholarship fund
- Alumni can be recognized for individual gifts or gifts can be pooled with other alumni to choose a larger naming opportunity (e.g. George, Fred and Tom each pledge $20,000 and therefore can name a room)
- All donations will also be fully recognized as donations to Drexel University
