Put a Cap on It!
Join the Alpha Pi Lambda Alumni Corporation as we enter our final phase of the House Capital Improvements campaign, scheduled to start in September 2019.
After completing over $1.75 million dollars in interior and exterior renovations we are putting a cap on our last structural project. This project is vitally important to protect all the renovations that have been completed. This repair needs to be completed immediately as there are some very small water infiltration issues. That means with each passing storm the bottom line costs increases.

The total projected cost of the project will be $250,000.

- Roof Replacement: Estimated $150,000
- This will include a complete ripoff and replacement of the main flat roof and certain adjoining pointed roofs
- Repointing the brickwork: Estimated $100,000
- The entire house top to bottom will be repointed
